Dhammañāṇa: Once totally caught by google, AI and machines, every door has been closed for long, long term.

2024 Mar 11 09:14:04
Dhammañāṇa: People at large just wait that another would do his/her duty. Once a slight door to run back, they are gone. By going again just for debts, the wheel of running away turns on.

May all Devas take part.

Some Toxicity with german lyrics , which make sound not really necessary and most just a strong shine on dark underground.

Namo tassa bhagavato arahato sammā-sambuddhassa

Eine Stadt aus Knochen,
bedeckt mit Fleisch & Blut,
ihre verborgenen Schätze sind:
   Stolz & Verachtung,
   Alter & Tod.

A city made of bones,
plastered over with flesh & blood,
whose hidden treasures are:
   pride & contempt,
   aging & death.

The reason of disorder, Craving (tanha), Ignorance (avijja)

Well: No satisfaction too ? Let them roll, the Stones... let it go.

Namo tassa bhagavato arahato sammā-sambuddhassa

Wie überaus glücklich leben wir,
frei von Feindseligkeit
unter denen, die feindselig sind.
Unter feindseligen Menschen,
frei von Feindseligkeit, weilen wir.

Wie überaus glücklich leben wir,
frei von Elend
unter denen, die sich elend fühlen.
Unter elenden Menschen,
frei von Elend, weilen wir.

Wie überaus glücklich leben wir,
frei von Geschäftigkeit
unter denen, die geschäftig sind.
Unter geschäftigen Menschen,
frei von Geschäftigkeit, weilen wir.

Wie überaus glücklich leben wir,
wir die nichts haben.
Wir werden uns von Verzückung ernähren
wie die Strahlenden Götter.

How very happily we live,
free from hostility
among those who are hostile.
Among hostile people,
free from hostility we dwell.

How very happily we live,
free from misery
among those who are miserable.
Among miserable people,
free from misery we dwell.

How very happily we live,
free from busyness
among those who are busy.
Among busy people,
free from busyness we dwell.

How very happily we live,
we who have nothing.
We will feed on rapture
like the Radiant gods.

An Ende...

Rage Against The Machine - Killing In The Name - 1993

Quote

The monk (you) remains focused on the body in and of itself — ardent, alert, and mindful — putting aside greed and distress with reference to the world.

"Remaining focused" refers to the element of concentration in the practice, as the meditator holds to one particular frame of reference amid the conflicting currents of experience. "Ardent" refers to the effort put into the practice, trying to abandon unskillful states of mind and develop skillful ones in their stead, all the while trying to discern the difference between the two. "Alert" means being clearly aware of what is happening in the present. "Mindful," as mentioned above, means being able to keep the frame of reference continually in mind. As these qualities work together, they bring the mind to a solid state of concentration. Although satipatthana practice is often said to be separate from the practice of jhana, a number of suttas — such as MN 125 (not in this collection) and AN 8.63 — equate the successful completion of this first stage with the attainment of the first level of jhana. This point is confirmed by the many suttas — MN 118 among them — describing how the practice of satipatthana brings to completion the factors for Awakening, which coincide with the factors of jhana. another kind of pleasure that does not hurt anybody not you and not others in this world, but be careful, its not the end and even also a drug to stay in the circle of birth. Not nibbana yet.

Quote from: Ostbahnkurti
The Prophesy

When Ācariya Mun first began practicing vipassanā at Ācariya Sao's center, he meditated constantly, internally repeating the word “buddho”, the recollection of the Buddha, as he preferred this preparatory Dhamma theme above all others. In the beginning, he failed to experience the degree of calm and happiness that he expected, which caused him to doubt whether he was practicing correctly. Despite his doubt he didn't flag in his persistent use of the word “buddho”, and eventually his heart developed a certain measure of calm.

One night he had a dream:

He walked out of a village and entered a large, dense jungle overgrown with tangled undergrowth. He could hardly find a way to penetrate it. He struggled to find his way through this vast thicket until he finally emerged safe at the other end. When he came out, he found himself at the edge of an immense field that stretched as far as the eye could see. He set out resolutely, walking across this field until he happened to come across a huge fallen jāti tree.[5]

Felled long ago, its trunk was partially embedded in the ground, and most of its bark and sapwood had already rotted away. He climbed upon this giant jāti log and walked along its full length. As he walked, he reflected inwardly. He realized that this tree would never sprout and grow again. He compared this with his own life which would certainly not rise again in any future existence. He identified the dead jāti tree with his own life in saṁsāra. Seeing that the tree had rotted away, never to root and spring to life again, he reckoned that, by keeping up his diligent practice, he would surely find a way to reach a definite conclusion to his own life in this very existence. The vast expanse of open field symbolized the nature of the never-ending cycle of birth and death.

As he stood on the log contemplating this, a broad white stallion trotted up and stood next to the fallen jāti tree. As it stood there, Ācariya Mun felt an urge to ride it. So, he mounted the mysterious horse which immediately raced off at full gallop. He had no idea where he was being taken or why. The horse just continued galloping at full speed without showing any obvious sign of direction or purpose.

The distance it traveled across the vast field seemed immeasurable. As they strode along, Ācariya Mun saw a beautiful Tipiṭika cabinet[6] in the distance, adorned with exquisite silver trim. Without guidance, the horse led him directly to the enclosed bookcase, and came to a halt right in front of it. The moment Ācariya Mun dismounted with the aim of opening the cabinet, the white stallion vanished without a trace. As he stepped towards the bookcase, he noticed that it was standing at the very edge of the field with nothing in the background but more of the dense jungle, entangled and smothered with undergrowth. He saw no way of penetrating it. When he came to the Tipiṭika cabinet, he reached out to open it; but, before he had a chance to discover the contents inside, he woke up.

Was das?

Also einfach löschen, was einem nicht auffällt.

Namo tassa bhagavato arahato sammā-sambuddhassa

The Discussion of Going-forth

[25] At that time in Bārāṇasī there was a son of a good family named Yasa—delicate, a money-lender’s son. He had three palaces: one for the cold season, one for the hot season, and one for the rainy season. For four months, he was entertained in the rainy-season palace by minstrels without a single man among them, and he did not once come down from the palace. Then the young man Yasa, enjoying himself, provided & endowed with the five strings of sensuality, fell asleep first. Then his retinue fell asleep afterwards. An oil lamp was left burning the whole night.

(Mv.I.7.2) Then Yasa, waking up first, saw his retinue sleeping—one with a vīṇā under her arm, another with a mudiṅga drum around her neck, another with an āḷambara drum on her chest, another with disheveled hair, another drooling, others babbling in their sleep—like a charnel ground, as it were, right within reach. Seeing this, the drawbacks (of sensuality) became apparent, and his mind became established in disenchantment. Then Yasa exclaimed: “How distressing! How oppressive!”

(Mv.I.7.3) Then Yasa put on his golden slippers and went to the door of the residence. Non-human beings opened the door, (thinking) “May there be no obstacle to Yasa’s Going-forth from home into homelessness.” Then Yasa went to the city gate. Non-human beings opened the gate, (thinking) “May there be no obstacle to Yasa’s Going-forth from home into homelessness.” Then Yasa went to the Deer Park in Isipatana.

(Mv.I.7.4) [26] At that time, the Blessed One, having gotten up as the night was ending, was walking back and forth in the open. The Blessed One saw Yasa coming from afar and, on seeing him, got down from the walking path and sat down on a seat laid out.

Yasa, not far from the Blessed One, exclaimed: “How distressing! How oppressive!”

Then the Blessed One said to Yasa, “Yasa, This isn’t distressing. This isn’t oppressive. Come, Yasa. Sit down. I’ll teach you the Dhamma.”

(Mv.I.7.5) Then Yasa, (thinking,) “He says this isn’t distressing, this isn’t oppressive,” thrilled and exultant, took off his golden slippers, went to the Blessed One, and on arrival bowed down to the Blessed One and sat to one side. As he was sitting there, the Blessed One gave him a graduated talk: talk on generosity, talk on virtue, talk on heaven, talk on the drawbacks, lowliness, and defilement of sensuality, and talk on the rewards of renunciation.

(Mv.I.7.6) When the Blessed One knew that Yasa’s mind was ready—malleable, free from hindrances, uplifted, and bright—he proclaimed the characteristic Dhamma talk of Buddhas: stress, origination, cessation, and path.

Just as a clean piece of cloth, free from grime, would properly take dye, in the same way the dustless, stainless eye of Dhamma arose for Yasa as he was sitting right there—“Whatever is subject to origination is all subject to cessation.”...
