*  fragt sich ob ihre Geschichte denn hier wirklich passt. um auf das offtopic anzusprechen, khemara und khema... doch, karuna hat das unwahrscheinliche Glück mit einem äußerst gelehrten, bzw. belesenem Vater beschenkt zu sein. Dieses und vieles mehr hat karuna oft gehört. Die rhethorische Fragen über die Ethymologie der Wörter; und warum man sie im Khmer so oder so schreibt und die Geschichte dahinter - als Legende, oder was die alten Bücher darüber schrieben... diesen Monologen des Vaters zu lauschen war eine der Lieblingsbeschäftigungen von karuna und erklärt vielleicht den Hang zur Sprache und ihrer Entwicklung.

karuna ist ein Flüchtlingskind. In den Wirren des Bürgerkriegs entstanden, musste karunas Mutter die erste Zeit der Khmer Rouge Zeit sich mit einer Schwangerschaft herumschlagen, die sicherlich nicht positiv ausgegangen wäre, wäre karunas Vater kein Mediziner gewesen. Als die nächtliche Flucht aus dem Konzentrationslager gelang, sorgten sich karunas Eltern um ihre vier Kinder, die Kinder karunas Tante mütterlicherseits, die gerade im Kindbett gestorben war und vier Kinder hinterliess, die Großeltern und die Familie der Tante väterlicherseits. Wie durch ein Wunder überlebten alle karunas Geschwister.
karunas Vater war quasi als Gelehrter das Sprachrohr der Sippe. Durch ihn überlebten viele Flüchtlinge im Auffanglager und ein beachtlicher Teil wurde durch seine Bitte nach Österreich gebracht.

karunas Kindheit und Jugend war geprägt von " als Ausländer musst du besser sein als die Österreicher." Tatsächlich war karunas Familie für lange Zeit die einzige kambodschanische Familie, die ins Gymnasium ging - karuna die erste - und auch da für einige Zeit die einzige - kambodschanische Studentin, weil der finanzielle Druck die meisten ins Berufsleben führte.

Der Krieg und seine Auswirkungen war Alltag im Leben der Exilkambodschaner. Im Außen gut adaptiert und so gut wie keine Anpassungsschwierigkeiten, litten die meisten unter Depressionen und bis heute noch ist die Spielsucht noch sehr verbreitet.

karuna war von klein an viel allein, da meist krank und durch hochgradige Allergie, Asthma und Neurodermitis ans Bett gefesselt. Die vielen, langen Krankenhausaufenthalte waren normal und selbst im Studium waren tägliche 6h Ambulanz im Wiener AKH Alltag.

Das erklärt vielleicht warum karuna sich der ganzheitlichen Heilung zugewandt hat und sich auf Traumaarbeit spezialisiert hatte. Meditation, der einzige Zugang als Vorbereitung um Menschen zu unterstützen, wo Schulmedizin keine Hilfe mehr wusste. Die Resonanz war groß und bald waren unter den Klienten nur mehr reiche Leute, die vom Materialismus abgestumpft aus Langeweile oder Sinnlosigkeit im Leben einen Guru brauchten, der ihnen sagte, was sie zu tun hatten.
Aus drei-vier Tagen Arbeit und drei Tagen Freizeit wurden langsam 10 Tage Arbeit und ein halber Tag Freizeit. Aber der ausschlaggebende Grund für Neuorientierung kam, als sogar Lehrer und Kollegen baten, karuna solle eine Therapieschule eröffnen. Da war klar, karuna musste weg um sich selber treu zu bleiben und nicht größenwahnsinnig zu werden.

Und der Weg führte weit weg von all dem Gewohnten und Vertrautem, weit weg von Familie und Freunden. Bis heute verweilt karuna zwar unter den Menschen, lebt aber nach wie vor ein relativ ruhiges Leben.

Die Zuflucht in die 3 Juwelen fand karuna mit 19/20 Jahren. Schon immer auf der Suche nach der Wahrheit, war nichts so erfüllend, logisch und befriedend. Heute, 20 Jahre später, hat karuna das Gefühl, erst zu verstehen, was karuna früher immer gefühlsmäßig gemacht hatte ohne zu wissen. Heute ist vielleicht die Entscheidung aus einer bestimmten Sicherheit heraus - dass das, was man anstrebt, gegen seine Prinzipien und Gewohnheiten ist und manchmal jenseits jeder Erklärung, und sich dennoch richtig anfühlt. Und das manches, was man will, ein sich Sträuben ist, das man besser loslassen sollte.
Mit der Erkenntnis kommt die Ruhe. Und Ruhe hat viele Facetten mittlerweile.

Hat Upasika Sophorn noch ein Bild der noch nicht ganz geretteten Flüchtlingsfamilie von damals und eines der dicken Wohlstandskinder von  heute Anlagen sehen nur angemeldete), gesegnet die Erste Edlewahrheir aussen gesehen zu haben, und deren jungstes Mitglied, diese erst vor kurzen aussen gesehen, die vielleicht die 2, 3, 4 Edle Wahrheit zur ersten für die Familie bringen kann? Da sind heute in der Modernen Welt viele "Kinder von Reichen" (geboren oder angenommen), Leute mit vielen Verdiensten, ohne Dankbarkeit und Wertschätzung von dem was sie haben und verschwenden die Verdienste, im Glauben Wohlstand ist nicca (beständig, von Geburt). Eine Geburt als Mensch, gar auf der Sonnensite ist sehr selten, nicht dumm zu sein, und das wahre Dhamma zu treffen, noch seltener, seltener als die Geschichte mit der einäugigen Schildgrötte, oder eine Messerspitze von Sand im Sand der Donau (Ganges), in Einem Land das gerade heute bis auf wenige Quatratkilometer, genau bescheidene 84.000 km2 hat. Wie unglücklich, wenn ein Flüchtling von einem dortgeborenen Zwischenweltkind keine Zuflucht von Herzen nahegebracht annimmt. Da sind unzählich mehr Wesen einfach nur mit der ersten Wahrheit hart im bekämpfen, die nie auf die anderen stoßen werden, in diesem Weltzeitalter.

Was treiben die, Atma weiß gerade gar nicht welche Volker gerade wieder an der Reihe sind zu Fluchten, wie die Tiere, wenn hier in kürze nach dem Regen, der Wald wieder brennt.

Diese kennen viele Südostasiaten, aber "Die Güte einer Person wird nicht an seinem oder ihrem Reichtum, Schönheit oder Status gemessen, doch an der Güte seiner oder ihrer Handlungen." und vergeht schneller als man glaubt,

In der Tat beschäftige ich mich so ziemlich jeden Tag mit dem Flüchten. In was man sich so alles flüchtet. In Spiel, Spaß und Spannung. In Musik, in Bilder, in TV , in Berauschung, . Ja, es gibt sogar , so sehe ich in letzter Zeit, Menschen die flüchten in ihren Handys. Was da wohl alles drin ist an Ablenkung?
Auf der Arbeit fragt man mich," Warum hörst du nie Musik?( Und da wird den halben Tag Musik gehört Um zu Flüchten?! )  oder warum hast du keine Frau? oder Warum kommst du nie zur Weihnachtsfeier?" .
Musik ist ablenkend, Berauschend, man taumelt und träumt. Spaßbremse sagen sie. Ich mag keinen Spaß. DER verblendet nur einem die Sicht.
Soweit ich weiss ist den Mönchen nicht erlaubt Musik zu hören. Ehre dem Dhamma Vinaya, sag ich. Buddha wusste schon warum. Buddha wusste viel und allmählich wird mir so einiges klar. Der Vinaya ist reine Psychologie. Tiefenschau. Da steht nichts umsonst. Die Egoniederschmetternde Wahrheit.
Wenn schon Flucht, dann Zuflucht zu den Drei Juwelen. Die einzig "wahre" Zuflucht.
In was ich alles geflüchtet bin, ja sogar in Depression bin ich geflüchtet.
Vor was Flüchtet man den? Vor der Wahrheit? Welche Wahrheit? -Nehmt Zuflucht zu dem Buddha zu seiner Lehre und zu seiner Sangha dann tut sich ein Weg voller ENT-TÄUSCHUNGauf.
Ich mag das Deutsche Wort "ENTTÄUSCHUNG". Es hat was reinigendes. Früher tat Enttäuschung weh, heute sag ich MUDITA.
Eine alternative Zuflucht? Was, wen man die Wahre Zuflucht geschmeckt hat und sich nicht mehr abwenden kann oder will? 
Mir ist so als könne ich nicht mehr umkehren. Alles ist Dhamma. Der ganze Tag ist Dhamma.

Ehre sei dem Erhabenen, den vollkommenen Erwachten, den So Gegangenen.

Atma, gerade erfahren, dass ein Nicht (Mutter von zwei Kindern) abgängig ist und dies ja auch gut ein dummer Fluchtversuch oder gar eine erfolgreiche Flucht mit tiefer Erkenntnis und Gelassenheit am Ende sein mag, und möchte für sie und für jene, die zurückgelieben auf andere Weise zu flüchten versuchen, an ihrer Flucht gerade sehr Leiden, und allen anderen, noch ungesicherten unzähligen Wesen im Rad des Fortwanderns, einen Segen aussprechen, sodaß der eine oder andere die Zuflucht in die Drei Juwelen finden mag und vielleicht es vermag hier und jetzt deren Güte zu empfangen.

Bhavatu sabba-maṅgalaṃ
   Rakkhantu sabba-devatā
Sabba-buddhānubhāvena
   Sadā sotthī bhavantu te.
Bhavatu sabba-maṅgalaṃ
   Rakkhantu sabba-devatā

Was dein wahres Zuhause betrifft, so ist es Frieden.

Buddha weist uns, unser eigenes Zuhause zu errichten:

im Loslassen, bis wir Frieden finden.

Banner Protection (Dhajagga Paritta [1])  

Thus have I heard:

On one occasion the Blessed One was living near Savatthi at Jetavana at the monastery of Anathapindika. Then he addressed the monks saying, "O monks." — "Venerable Sir," said the monks by way of reply to the Blessed One. Thereupon he spoke as follows:

"Monks, I shall relate a former incident. There arose a battle between the Devas (gods) and Asuras. Then Sakka, the Lord of the devas, addressed the devas of the Tavatimsa heaven thus:

"'Happy ones, if the devas who have gone to the battle should experience fear or terror or suffer from hair standing on end, let them behold the crest of my own banner. If you do so, any fear, terror or hair standing on end arising in you will pass away.

"'If you fail to look up to the crest of my banner, look at the crest of the banner of Pajapati, King of gods. If you do so, any fear, terror or hair standing on end arising in you will pass away.

"'If you fail to look up to the crest of Pajapati, King of the gods, look at the crest of the banner of Varuna, King of the gods. If you do so, any fear, terror or hair standing on end arising in you will pass away.'

"Monks, any fear, terror or hair standing on end arising in them who look at the crest of the banner of Sakka... The Lord of the gods, of Pajapati... of Varuna... of Isana, the King of the gods, any fear terror or hair standing on end, may pass away, or may not pass away. What is the reason for this?

"Sakka, the Lord of gods, O monks, is not free from lust, not free from hate, not free from delusion, and is therefore liable to fear, terror, fright, and flight. I also say unto you O monks — if any fear, terror or hair standing on end should arise in you when you have gone to the forest or to the foot of a tree, or to an empty house (lonely place), then think only of me thus:

"'Such Indeed is the Blessed One, arahant (Consummate One), supremely enlightened, endowed with knowledge and virtue, welcome being, knower of worlds, the peerless trainer of persons, teacher of gods and men, the Buddha, the Blessed One.' Monks, if you think of me, any fear, terror, or standing of hair on end, that may arise in you, will pass away.

"If you fail to think of me, then think of the Dhamma (the Doctrine) thus: 'Well expounded is the Dhamma by the Blessed One, a Dhamma to be realized by oneself and gives immediate results, a Dhamma which invites investigation and leads up to Nibbana, a Dhamma to be understood by the wise each for himself.' Monks, if you think of the Dhamma, any fear, terror or hair standing on end, that may arise in you, will pass away.

"If you fail to think of the Dhamma, then think of the Sangha (the Order) thus: 'Of good conduct is the Order of Disciples of the Blessed One, of upright conduct is the Order of Disciples of the Blessed One, of wise conduct is the Order of Disciples of the Blessed One, of dutiful conduct is the Order of Disciples of the Blessed One. This Order of Disciples of the Blessed One — namely those four pairs of persons,[2] the eight kinds of individuals[3] — is worthy of offerings, is worthy of hospitality, is worthy of gifts, is worthy of reverential salutations, is an incomparable field of merit for the world.' Monks, if you think of the Sangha, any fear, terror or hair standing on end, that may arise in you, will pass away. What is the reason for this? The Tathagata, O monks, who is arahant, supremely enlightened, is free from lust, free from hate, is free from delusion, and is not liable to fear, terror, fright or flight."

So said the Blessed One. Having thus spoken, the teacher, the "Welcome Being" (Sugata), further said:

i. Whether in forest or at foot of tree,
Or in some secluded spot, O monks,
Do call to mind that Buddha Supreme;
Then will there be no fear to you at all.

ii. If you think not of the Buddha, O monks,
That Lord of the world and Chief of men,
Then do think, O monks, of that Dhamma;
So well preached and leading to Nibbana.

iii. If you think not of the Dhamma, O monks
Well preached and leading to Nibbana;
Then do think, O monks, of that Sangha,
That wonderful field of merit to all.

iv. To those recalling the Buddha supreme,
To those recalling the Dhamma sublime,
And to those recalling the Sangha,
No fear, no terror will make them quiver.



(៣. ធជគ្គសុត្តំ)

[៣៤២] សម័យមួយ ព្រះមានព្រះភាគ ទ្រង់គង់នៅក្នុងវត្តជេតពន របស់អនាថបិណ្ឌិកសេដ្ឋី ជិតក្រុងសាវត្ថី។ ព្រះមានព្រះភាគ ត្រាស់ហៅភិក្ខុទាំងឡាយ ក្នុងទីនោះថា ម្នាលភិក្ខុទាំងឡាយ។ ពួកភិក្ខុទាំងនោះ ទទួលព្រះបន្ទូលព្រះមានព្រះភាគថា ព្រះករុណា ព្រះអង្គ។

[៣៤៣] ព្រះមានព្រះភាគ ទ្រង់ត្រាស់យ៉ាងនេះថា ម្នាលភិក្ខុទាំងឡាយ រឿងធ្លាប់មានមកថា សង្គ្រាមទេវតា និងអសុរ បានផ្គុំគ្នា (ប្រទល់គ្នា) ហើយ។ ម្នាលភិក្ខុទាំងឡាយ គ្រានោះឯង ទេវរាជ ឈ្មោះសក្កៈ ជាធំជាងទេវតាទាំងឡាយ បានហៅពួកទេវតា ក្នុងឋានតាវត្តិង្សមកថា ម្នាលគ្នាយើង កាលបើពួកទេវតា ចូលកាន់សង្គ្រាមហើយ សេចក្តីខ្លាច សេចក្តីរន្ធត់ ឬសេចក្តីព្រឺរោម កើតឡើង ពួកអ្នកគប្បីក្រឡេកមើលចុងទង់ជ័យរបស់ខ្ញុំ ក្នុងសម័យនោះចុះ។ ព្រោះថា កាលបើអ្នកទាំងឡាយ ក្រឡេកមើលចុងទង់ជ័យរបស់ខ្ញុំ សេចក្តីខ្លាច សេចក្តីរន្ធត់ ឬសេចក្តីព្រឺរោម ណា នឹងកើតឡើង សេចក្តីខ្លាចជាដើមនោះ មុខជានឹងស្ងប់រម្ងាប់ទៅវិញ។ បើពួកអ្នកមិនក្រឡេកមើលចុងទង់ជ័យរបស់ខ្ញុំទេ ក៏ត្រូវតែក្រឡេកមើលចុងទង់ជ័យ នៃទេវរាជឈ្មោះបជាបតិចុះ។ ព្រោះថា កាលបើពួកអ្នកក្រឡេកមើលចុងទង់ជ័យ នៃទេវរាជឈ្មោះ បជាបតិ សេចក្តីខ្លាច សេចក្តីរន្ធត់ ឬសេចក្តីព្រឺរោម ណា នឹងកើតឡើង សេចក្តីខ្លាចជាដើមនោះ នឹងស្ងប់រម្ងាប់ទៅវិញបាន។ បើអ្នកទាំងឡាយ មិនក្រឡេកមើលចុងទង់ជ័យ នៃទេវរាជឈ្មោះ បជាបតិទេ ក៏ត្រូវក្រឡេកមើលចុងទង់ជ័យ នៃទេវរាជឈ្មោះ វរុណៈ។ ព្រោះថា កាលបើពួកអ្នក ក្រឡេកមើលចុងទង់ជ័យ នៃទេវរាជ ឈ្មោះវរុណៈ សេចក្តីខ្លាច សេចក្តីរន្ធត់ ឬសេចក្តីព្រឺរោម ណា នឹងកើតឡើង សេចក្តីខ្លាចជាដើមនោះ នឹងស្ងប់រម្ងាប់ទៅវិញ។ បើពួកអ្នកមិនក្រឡេកមើលចុងទង់ជ័យ នៃទេវរាជ ឈ្មោះវរុណៈទេ ត្រូវតែក្រឡេកមើលចុងទង់ជ័យ នៃទេវរាជឈ្មោះ ឦសានៈ។ ព្រោះថា កាលបើពួកអ្នក ក្រឡេកមើលចុងទង់ជ័យ នៃទេវរាជ ឈ្មោះ ឦសាន សេចក្តីខ្លាច សេចក្តីរន្ធត់ ឬសេចក្តីព្រឺរោម ណា នឹងកើតឡើង សេចក្តីខ្លាចជាដើមនោះ នឹងស្ងប់រម្ងាប់ទៅវិញ។ ម្នាលភិក្ខុទាំងឡាយ កាលបើពួកទេវតា ក្រឡេកមើលចុងទង់ជ័យនោះ នៃទេវរាជ ឈ្មោះសក្កៈ ជាធំជាងទេវតាទាំងឡាយក្តី ក្រឡេកមើលចុងទង់ជ័យ នៃទេវរាជ ឈ្មោះបជាបតិក្តី ក្រឡេកមើលចុងទង់ជ័យ នៃទេវរាជ ឈ្មោះវរុណៈក្តី ក្រឡេកមើលចុងទង់ជ័យ នៃទេវរាជ ឈ្មោះឦសានៈក្តី សេចក្តីខ្លាច សេចក្តីរន្ធត់ ឬសេចក្តីព្រឺរោម ណា នឹងកើតឡើង សេចក្តីខ្លាចជាដើមនោះ ក៏នឹងស្ងប់រម្ងាប់ ចួនកាន មិនស្ងប់រម្ងាប់ក៏មានខ្លះ សេចក្តីនោះ ព្រោះហេតុអ្វី ម្នាលភិក្ខុទាំងឡាយ ព្រោះថា សក្កទេវានមិន្ទ មិនទាន់ប្រាសចាករាគៈ មិនទាន់ប្រាសចាកទោសៈ មិនទាន់ប្រាសចាកមោហៈ ជាអ្នកនៅខ្លាច នៅរន្ធត់ នៅតក់ស្លុត រត់ចេញនៅឡើយ។

[៣៤៤] ម្នាលភិក្ខុទាំងឡាយ ចំណែកតថាគត ពោលយ៉ាងនេះថា ម្នាលភិក្ខុទាំងឡាយ បើពួកអ្នកនៅក្នុងព្រៃ ឬនៅទៀបគល់ឈើ ឬនៅក្នុងផ្ទះស្ងាត់ សេចក្តីខ្លាចក្តី សេចក្តីរន្ធត់ក្តី ឬសេចក្តីព្រឺរោមក្តី កើតឡើង ពួកអ្នកគប្បីរឭករឿយៗ នូវតថាគត ក្នុងសម័យនោះថា ព្រះមានព្រះភាគអង្គនោះ ជាព្រះអរហន្ត សម្មាសម្ពុទ្ធ បរិបូណ៌ដោយវិជ្ជា និងចរណៈ ជាព្រះសុគត ទ្រង់ជ្រាបច្បាស់នូវលោក ព្រះអង្គប្រសើរបំផុត ជាសារថីទូន្មាននូវបុរស ជាសាស្តានៃទេវតា និងមនុស្ស ជាព្រះពុទ្ធ ទ្រង់ចែកនូវធម៌។ ម្នាលភិក្ខុទាំងឡាយ ព្រោះថា បើពួកអ្នករលឹករឿយៗ នូវតថាគត សេចក្តីខ្លាចក្តី សេចក្តីរន្ធត់ក្តី សេចក្តីព្រឺរោមក្តី ណា នឹងកើតឡើង សេចក្តីខ្លាចជាដើមនោះ មុខជាស្ងប់រម្ងាប់ទៅ។ បើពួកអ្នកមិនរឭករឿយៗ នូវតថាគតទេ គប្បីរឭករឿយៗ នូវព្រះធម៌ថា ធម៌ដែលព្រះមានព្រះភាគ ទ្រង់ត្រាស់សំដែងហើយដោយល្អ ជាធម៌ដែលព្រះអរិយបុគ្គល គប្បីឃើញច្បាស់ដោយខ្លួនឯង ជាធម៌ឲ្យផល មិនរង់ចាំកាល ជាធម៌ដែលព្រះអរិយបុគ្គល គួរហៅបុគ្គលដទៃ ឲ្យចូលមកមើលបាន ជាធម៌ដែលព្រះអរិយបុគ្គល គួរបង្អោនចូលមកទុកក្នុងចិត្តបាន ជាធម៌ដែលវិញ្ញូជនទាំងឡាយ គប្បីដឹងច្បាស់ក្នុងចិត្តនៃខ្លួន។ ម្នាលភិក្ខុទាំងឡាយ ព្រោះថា កាលបើអ្នកទាំងឡាយ រឭករឿយៗ នូវធម៌ សេចក្តីខ្លាច សេចក្តីរន្ធត់ ឬសេចក្តីព្រឺរោម ណា នឹងកើតឡើង សេចក្តីខ្លាចជាដើមនោះ មុខជានឹងស្ងប់រម្ងាប់ទៅបាន។ បើអ្នកទាំងឡាយ មិនរឭកនូវធម៌ទេ គប្បីរឭកនូវសង្ឃថា ព្រះសង្ឃសាវ័កនៃព្រះមានព្រះភាគ លោកប្រតិបត្តិហើយដោយប្រពៃ ព្រះសង្ឃសាវ័កនៃព្រះមានព្រះភាគ លោកប្រតិបត្តិហើយដោយត្រង់ ព្រះសង្ឃសាវ័កនៃព្រះមានព្រះភាគ លោកប្រតិបត្តិហើយ ដើម្បីព្រះនិព្វាន ព្រះសង្ឃសាវ័កនៃព្រះមានព្រះភាគ លោកប្រតិបត្តិហើយ ដោយត្រឹមត្រូវ ព្រះសង្ឃសាវ័កនៃព្រះមានព្រះភាគ រាប់ជាគូនៃបុរស មាន៤គូ រាប់រៀងជាបុរសបុគ្គល មាន៨ ព្រះសង្ឃសាវ័កនៃព្រះមានព្រះភាគនុ៎ះ លោកគួរទទួលនូវគ្រឿងបូជា គួរទទួលនូវអាគន្តុកទាន គួរទទួលទក្ខិណាទាន គួរដល់អញ្ជលិកម្ម ជាបុញ្ញក្ខេត្តប្រសើរបំផុត របស់សត្វលោក។ ម្នាលភិក្ខុទាំងឡាយ ព្រោះថា បើអ្នកទាំងឡាយ រឭកនូវសង្ឃ សេចក្តីខ្លាច សេចក្តីរន្ធត់ ឬសេចក្តីព្រឺរោម ណា នឹងកើតឡើង សេចក្តីខ្លាច ជាដើមនោះ មុខជានឹងស្ងប់រម្ងាប់ទៅបាន សេចក្តីនោះ ព្រោះហេតុអ្វី ម្នាលភិក្ខុទាំងឡាយ ព្រោះថា តថាគត ជាអរហន្ត សម្មាសម្ពុទ្ធ ប្រាសចាករាគៈ ប្រាសចាកទោសៈ ប្រាសចាកមោហៈ មិនខ្លាច មិនរន្ធត់ មិនតក់ស្លុត មិនរត់ចេញទេ។

[៣៤៥] ព្រះមានព្រះភាគ បានត្រាស់ព្រះពុទ្ធដីកានេះ លុះព្រះសុគត ត្រាស់នូវព្រះពុទ្ធដីកានេះហើយ លំដាប់នោះ ព្រះសាស្តា ទ្រង់ត្រាស់ព្រះពុទ្ធដីកានេះ តទៅទៀតថា

    ម្នាលភិក្ខុទាំងឡាយ កាលបើអ្នករាល់គ្នា នៅក្នុងព្រៃ ឬទៀបគល់ឈើ ឬក្នុងផ្ទះស្ងាត់ គប្បីរឭករឿយៗ នូវព្រះសម្ពុទ្ធ ភ័យនឹងមិនមានដល់ពួកអ្នកទេ បើអ្នកទាំងឡាយ មិនបានរលឹកនូវព្រះពុទ្ធ ដែលជាធំបំផុតក្នុងលោក ជានរៈអង់អាចទេ គប្បីរឭកធម៌ ជាធម៌ស្រោចស្រង់សត្វ ដែលតថាគតសំដែងល្អហើយ បើអ្នកទាំងឡាយ មិនបានរឭកធម៌ ជាធម៌ស្រោចស្រង់សត្វ ដែលតថាគត សំដែងល្អហើយទេ គប្បីរឭកសង្ឃ ជាបុញ្ញក្ខេត្តប្រសើរបំផុត (របស់សត្វលោកចុះ)។ ម្នាលភិក្ខុទាំងឡាយ កាលបើអ្នករាល់គ្នា រឭកព្រះពុទ្ធ ព្រះធម៌ ព្រះសង្ឃយ៉ាងនេះ ភ័យក្តី សេចក្តីរន្ធត់ក្តី សេចក្តីព្រឺរោមក្តី នឹងមិនមានឡើយ។

Atma, gerade erfahren, dass ein Nicht (Mutter von zwei Kindern) abgängig ist und dies ja auch gut ein dummer Fluchtversuch oder gar eine erfolgreiche Flucht mit tiefer Erkenntnis und Gelassenheit am Ende sein mag, und möchte für sie und für jene, die zurückgelieben auf andere Weise zu flüchten versuchen, an ihrer Flucht gerade sehr Leiden, und allen anderen, noch ungesicherten unzähligen Wesen im Rad des Fortwanderns, einen Segen aussprechen, sodaß der eine oder andere die Zuflucht in die Drei Juwelen finden mag und vielleicht es vermag hier und jetzt deren Güte zu empfangen.

Bhavatu sabba-maṅgalaṃ
   Rakkhantu sabba-devatā
Sabba-buddhānubhāvena
   Sadā sotthī bhavantu te.
Bhavatu sabba-maṅgalaṃ
   Rakkhantu sabba-devatā
Sabba-dhammānubhāvena

Mögen die Wesen an ihrem wahren Zuhause ankommen.

Unser wahres Zuhause

Dein äußerliches Zuhause ist nicht dein wahres Zuhause.

Es ist dein vermutetes Zuhause, dein Zuhause in dieser Welt.

Was dein wahres Zuhause betrifft, so ist es Frieden.

Buddha weist uns, unser eigenes Zuhause zu errichten:

im Loslassen, bis wir Frieden finden.

May the door, for those wishing to seek refuge in the Gems and try to really escape, stay as long as possible open, may nobody ever hinder to let those real and final refuges from going forth, what ever worldly reason.

What ever place, community, nation, seeks to have, invite and protect the Noble Ones dwell, the Arahats, and those follow them, is secure to enjoy the longes peace possible, and prosperity, sure of asokaṃ khemaṃ, unshake-able "Khmer" (peaceful, secure).
