Last abnehmen, und gehen lassen wenn an der Zeit

Da ist eine Geschichte (Sutta) in der ein Todkranker Mann (König) von seiner Frau aufgewartet wird und diese ihm mitteilt, dass sich um all seine Dinge gekümmert wird, und er sich keine Sorgen machen muß und ziehen kann.

Später, wieder genesen, wartet er den Buddha auf, und erzählt ihm von seiner Frau, meinend wie wenig sie ihh liebt und ziehen lassen wollte. Der Buddha aber korregiert ihn und lobt seine Frau sogar nach seinem Scheiden auf alles achten zu wollen und dafür, daß sie ihn das Loslassen erleichtern wollte.

Diese Art der Dankbarkeit besteht auch in jedem anderen Verhältnis der Güte und Dankbarkeit, speziell im Bezug auf die vier Götter, Lehrer, beginnend mit den Eltern.

Und weil heute Vatertag ist, und Atma auch einem ganz besonderen Gott gedenken möchte, der ihm sehr viel im Bezug auf Rechte Sichtweise dargeboten hat und damit für dessen gute Entwicklung beigeteagen hat, möchte es sich an seine direkten Kinder hier wenden, deren Pflichten naturgemäß noch höher sind, sehend oder nicht, in Bezug auf Gewisses Erbe.

sicherlich als aufdringlich erscheinend könnend, und ja auch dringlich wahrgenommen von meiner Person.

Ihr Vater, soweit informiert, hat sich sehr viel mit Dhamma beschäftigt, geschrieben, geteilt...  und vieles davon, da in anderer Sprache und brschränkten Bereichen, wird vielleicht bald nicht mehr teilbar sein. Wissend, daß ein guter Vater zumeist nur Sorgen hat, daß die Kinder sein Erbe nicht annehmen oder nicht gut nutzen werden, ist solches oft sehr bindend und wenig leicht machend.

Sie haben "sichl für das Wohl vieler und das eigene Raum für Gabe von den Besten Dingen mit Ihren alten Handlungen der Großzügigkeit geschaffen und dieses Zusammenkommen der Möglichkeiten, die Sie haben sind aus Dankbarkeit und für das eigene Wohl gut genutzt.

Oft oder meist werden Kinder, Schüler... erst dann aktiv, wenn Sie freien Nutzen aus dem Erbe ziehen können doch besser und befreiender, aber auch hilfreicher für einen selbst ist, jede Zeit zu nutzen und ins Erbe hineinzuwachsen, und damit dem Gönner auch das Gefühl der Annahme des Erbes zu geben.

Gar nicht weiter ausführen wollend, wollte Atma, in Dankbarkeit gegenüber einen der Götter und Gönner, andere dieser erinnern, und Sie dazu anregen die Verdienste und Erbe im Dhamma hier wirklich zu teilen zu beginnen. Es ist eine gute Zeit und still wie ungestört hier, gleichzeitig offen und zugänglich für jedermann, von Göttern und Devas beschützt.

Teilen Sie, lassen sie an Unterkunft, Errungenschaften, Familie und Gönner, und dem Dhamma teilhaben und genießen Sie damit die Grundlage für geschickt Konzentration und erlangen jedes Pfades, jeder Frucht, bis zur höchsten1 Befreiung.

Diese Worte hier gehen auch an alle anderen Kinder, Schüler und Empfänger von Güte von Eltern, Lehrern, Göttern den erhabenen Buddha, das Dhamma und die Sangha als Anführer zum Glück haben.

Sicherlich passend dazu, einem gefestigten Laienanhänger, Verwandten der Art, selbst gefestigt und eingewiesen, wahrlich in scheren Tagen behilfreich zu sein, und gar alle erhaltene Güte zurückgeben könnend:

Namo tassa bhagavato arahato sammā-sambuddhassa

Gilana Sutta: Krank

Zu einer Begebenheit verweilte der Befreite unter den Sakyāns, in Kapilavatthu, im Banyan-Park. Nun zu dieser Zeit hatten viele Bhikkhus am Herstellen von Roben für den Befreiten gearbeitet [, denkend]: "Wenn die Roben fertiggestellt sind, am Ende der drei Monate, wird der Befreite auf Wanderschaft ziehen."

Mahānāma, der Sakyān, hörte, das viele Bhikkhus am Herstellen von Roben für den Befreiten arbeiteten [, denkend]: "Wenn die Roben fertiggestellt sind, am Ende der drei Monate, wird der Befreite auf Wanderschaft ziehen." So wartete er den Befreiten auf, und mit Ankunft, sich verneigt habend, setzte er sich an eine Seite. Als er dort saß, sprach er zum Befreiten: "Ich habe gehört, daß viele Bhikkhus an der Herstellung von Roben für den Befreiten arbeiten [, denken]: 'Wenn die Roben fertiggestellt sind, am Ende der drei Monate, wird der Befreite auf Wanderschaft ziehen.' Aber ich habe in des Befreitens Gegenwart nicht gehört, in des Befreitens Gegenwart nicht gelernt, wie ein bedachter Laienanhänger, der erkrankt, in Schmerz, ernsthaft krank, von einem [anderen] bedachten Laienanhänger angeleitet werden sollte."

"Mahānāma, ein bedachter Layenanhänger[1], der erkrankt ist, in Schmerzen, ernsthaft krank, sollte von einem anderen bedachten Laienanhänger mit vier Rückversicherungen rückversichert werden: 'Sei versichert (beschwichtigt), Freund, daß Ihr mit abgesichertem Vertrauen in den Erwachten bestückt seid: "Wahrlich, der Befreite ist würdig und rechtens Selbsterwacht, vollkommen in Wissen und Verhalten, gutgegangen, ein Kenner im Bezug auf die Welt, unübertroffener Ausbildner jener Leute, die bereit zum Zämen sind, der Lehrer von himmlischen und menschlichen Wesen, erwacht, gesegnet."

"Seid versichert, Freund, daß Ihr abgesichertes Vertrauen in das Dhamma habt: "Das Dhamma ist gutdargelegt vom Befreiten, zu sehen im Hier-und-Jetzt, zeitlos, zur Prüfung einladend, vom Weisen für sich selbst zu verwirklichen."

"Seid versichert, Freund, daß Ihr abgesichertes Vertrauen in die Saṅgha habt: "Die Saṅgha des Befreitens Schüler, die gut ausgeübt haben... die geradewegs vorwärts ausgeübt haben... die methodisch ausgeübt haben... die meisterhaft ausgeübt haben, mit anderen Worten die vier Arten von Noblen Schülern, wenn als Paare genommen, die acht, wenn als Einzelperson[1], diese sind die Saṅgha des Befreiten, würdig des Respekts, ein unvergleichliches Feld der Verdienste für die Welt."

"Seid versichert, Freund, daß Ihr Tugenden, annehmlich für die Noblen, habt: unzerrissen, ungebrochen, unbefleckt, ungemustert, befreiend, gelobt von den Weisen, makellos, zu Konzentration führend.'

"Mahānāma, wenn ein bedachter Laienanhänger, der erkrankt ist, in Schmeren, ernsthaft krank, von einem anderen bedachten Laienanhänger, mit diesen vier Rüchversicherungen rückversichert wurde, sollte er gefragt werden: 'Freund, seid Ihr bekümmert wegen Eurer Mutter, Eurem Vater?' Wenn er sagen sollte: "Ich bin bekümmert wegen meiner Mutter, meine Vater', sollte ihn gesagt werden: 'Ihr, mein lieber Freund, seid Gegenstand des Todes. Wenn Ihr Euch bekümmert, wegen Eurer Mutter, Eures Vaters, fühlt, werdet Ihr dennoch sterben. Wenn Ihr Euch nicht bekümmert, wegen Eurer Mutter, Eures Vaters, fühlt, werdet Ihr dennoch sterben. Es wäre gut, wenn Ihr Bekümmern, wegen Eurer Mutter, Eures Vaters, ablegen würdet.'

"Wenn er sagen sollte: 'Mein Bekümmen, wegen meiner Mjtter, meines Vaters, ist abgelegt worden', sollte er gefragt werden: 'Freund, seid Ihr, wegen Eurer Frau und Kinder, bekümmert?' Wenn er sagen sollte: 'Ich bin, wegen meiner Frau und Kinder, bekümmert', sollte ihn gesagt werden: 'Ihr, mein lieber Freund, seid Gegenstand des Todes. Wenn Ihr Euch bekümmert, wegen Eurer Frau und Kinder, fühlt, werdet Ihr dennoch sterben. Wenn Ihr Euch nicht bekümmert, wegen Eurer Frau und Kinder, fühlt, werdet Ihr dennoch sterben. Es wäre gut, wenn Ihr Bekümmern, wegen Eurer Frau und Kinder, ablegen würdet.'

"Wenn er sagen sollte: 'Mein Bekümmern, wegen meiner Frau und Kinder, ist abgelegt worden", sollte er gefragt werden: 'Freund, seid Ihr bekümmert, wegen der fünf Stränge der menschlichen Sinnlichkeit?'. Wenn er sagen sollte: 'Ich bin bekümmert, wegen der fünf Stränge der menschlichen Sinnlichkeit', sollte ihm gesagt werden: 'Freund, himmliche Sinnesvergnügen sind glanzvoller, verfeinerter, als menschliche Sinnesvergnügen. Es wäre gut, Euren Geist über menschliche Sinnesvergnügen erhoben habend, wenn Ihr ihn an die Devas der Vier Großen Könige setzt.'

"Wenn er sagen sollte: 'Mein Geist ist über menschliche Sinnesvergnügen gehoben, und an die Devas der Vier Großen Könige angesetzt', sollte ihm gesagt werden: 'Freund, die Devas der Dreiunddreißig sind glanzvoller, verfeinerter, als die Devas der Vier Großen Könige. Es wäre gut, Euren Geist über die Devas der Vier Großen Könige gehoben habend, wenn Ihr ihn an die Devas der Dreiundreißig setzt.'

"Wenn er sagen sollte: 'Mein Geist ist über die Devas der Vier Großen Könige gehoben, und an die Devas der Dreiunddreißig gesetzt', sollte ihm gesagt werden: 'Freund, die Devas der Stunden sind glanzvoller, verfeinerter, als die Devas der Dreiunddreißig. Es wäre gut, Euren Geist über die Devas der Dreiunddreißig gehoben habend, wenn Ihr ihn an die Devas der Stunden setzt.'

"Wenn er sagen sollte: 'Mein Geist ist über die Devas der Dreiunddreißig gehoben, und an die Devas der Stunden gesetzt', sollte ihm gesagt werden: 'Freund, die Zufriedengestellten Devas sind glanzvoller, verfeinerter, als die Devas der Stunden... die Devas Erfreuend an Erschaffung sind glanzvoller, verfeinerter, als die Zufriedengestellten Devas... die Devas Macht über die Erschaffungen anderer haltend, sind glanzvoller, verfeinerter als die Devas Erfreuend an Erschaffung ... die Brahmawelt ist glanzvoller, verfeinerter, als die Devas Macht über die Erschaffungen anderer halten. Es wäre gut, Euren Geist über die Devas Macht über die Erschaffung anderer haltend gehoben habend, wenn Ihr ihn an die Brahmawelt setzt.'

"Wenn er sagen sollte: 'Mein Geist ist über die Devas Macht über die Erschaffungen anderer haltend gehoben, und auf die Brahmawelt gesetzt', sollte ihm gesagt werden: 'Freund, selbst Brahmawelt ist veränderlich, unbeständig, enthalten in Selbsteinbringung (Selbstidentität). Es wäre gut, Euren Geist über die Brahmawelt erhoben, wenn Ihr ihn in die Beendigung von Selbsteinbringung bringen würdet.'

"Wenn er sagen sollte: 'Mein Geist ist über die Brahmawelt gehoben, und zur Beendigung von Selbsteinbringung gebracht, dann sage ich Euch, Mahānāma, ist da kein Unterschied, in Begriffen von Befreiung, zwischen der Befreiung eines Laienanhängers, dessen Geist befreit, und der Befreiung eines Mönches, dessen Geist befreit."




Gilana Sutta: Ill

On one occasion the Blessed One was staying among the Sakyans at Kapilavatthu in the Banyan Park. Now at that time many monks were at work making robes for the Blessed One, [thinking,] "When the robes are finished, at the end of the three months, the Blessed One will set out wandering."

Mahanama the Sakyan heard that many monks were at work making robes for the Blessed One, [thinking,] "When the robes are finished, at the end of the three months, the Blessed One will set out wandering." So he approached the Blessed One and, on arrival, having bowed down, sat to one side. As he was sitting there he said to the Blessed One: "I have heard that many monks are at work making robes for the Blessed One, [thinking,] 'When the robes are finished, at the end of the three months, the Blessed One will set out wandering.' But I haven't heard in the Blessed One's presence, haven't learned in the Blessed One's presence, how a discerning lay follower who is diseased, in pain, severely ill should be instructed by [another] discerning lay follower."

"Mahanama, a discerning lay follower[2] who is diseased, in pain, severely ill should be reassured by another discerning lay follower with four reassurances: 'Be reassured, friend, that you are endowed with verified confidence in the Awakened One: "Indeed, the Blessed One is worthy & rightly self-awakened, consummate in knowledge & conduct, well-gone, an expert with regard to the world, unexcelled as a trainer for those people fit to be tamed, the Teacher of divine & human beings, awakened, blessed."

"'Be reassured, friend, that you have verified confidence in the Dhamma: "The Dhamma is well-expounded by the Blessed One, to be seen here & now, timeless, inviting verification, pertinent, to be realized by the wise for themselves."

"'Be reassured, friend, that you have verified confidence in the Sangha: "The Sangha of the Blessed One's disciples who have practiced well... who have practiced straight-forwardly... who have practiced methodically... who have practiced masterfully — in other words, the four pairs, the eight individuals — they are the Sangha of the Blessed One's disciples: worthy of gifts, worthy of hospitality, worthy of offerings, worthy of respect, the incomparable field of merit for the world."

"'Be reassured, friend, that you have virtues that are appealing to the noble ones: untorn, unbroken, unspotted, unsplattered, liberating, praised by the wise, untarnished, leading to concentration.'

"Mahanama, when a discerning lay follower who is diseased, in pain, severely ill has been reassured by another discerning lay follower with these four reassurances, he should be asked: 'Friend, are you concerned for your mother & father?' If he should say, 'I am concerned for my mother & father,' he should be told, 'You, my dear friend, are subject to death. If you feel concern for your mother & father, you're still going to die. If you don't feel concern for your mother & father, you're still going to die. It would be good if you abandoned concern for your mother & father.'

"If he should say, "My concern for my mother & father has been abandoned,' he should be asked, 'Friend, are you concerned for your wife & children?' If he should say, 'I am concerned for my wife & children,' he should be told, 'You, my dear friend, are subject to death. If you feel concern for your wife & children, you're still going to die. If you don't feel concern for your wife & children, you're still going to die. It would be good if you abandoned concern for your wife & children.'

"If he should say, "My concern for my wife & children has been abandoned,' he should be asked, 'Friend, are you concerned for the five strings of human sensuality?' If he should say, 'I am concerned for the five strings of human sensuality,' he should be told, 'Friend, divine sensual pleasures are more splendid & more refined than human sensual pleasures. It would be good if, having raised your mind above human sensual pleasures, you set it on the Devas of the Four Great Kings.'

"If he should say, 'My mind is raised above human sensual pleasures and is set on the Devas of the Four Great Kings,' he should be told, 'Friend, the Devas of the Thirty-three are more splendid & more refined than the Devas of the Four Great Kings. It would be good if, having raised your mind above the Devas of the Four Great Kings, you set it on the Devas of the Thirty-three.'

"If he should say, 'My mind is raised above the Devas of the Four Great Kings and is set on the Devas of the Thirty-three,' he should be told, 'Friend, the Devas of the Hours are more splendid & more refined than the Devas of the Thirty-three. It would be good if, having raised your mind above the Devas of the Thirty-three, you set it on the Devas of the Hours.'

"If he should say, 'My mind is raised above the Devas of the Thirty-three and is set on the Devas of the Hours,' he should be told, 'Friend, the Contented Devas are more splendid & more refined than the Devas of the Hours... the Devas Delighting in Creation are more splendid & more refined than the Contented Devas... the Devas Wielding Power over the Creations of Others are more splendid & more refined than the Devas Delighting in Creation... the Brahma world is more splendid and more refined than the Devas Wielding Power over the Creations of Others. It would be good if, having raised your mind above the Devas Wielding Power over the Creations of Others, you set it on the Brahma world.'

"If he should say, 'My mind is raised above the Devas Wielding Power over the Creations of Others and is set on the Brahma world,' he should be told, 'Friend, even the Brahma world is inconstant, impermanent, included in self-identity. It would be good if, having raised your mind above the Brahma world, you brought it to the cessation of self-identity.'

"If he should say, 'My mind is raised above the Brahma worlds and is brought to the cessation of self-identity,' then, I tell you, Mahanama, there is no difference — in terms of release — between the release of that lay follower whose mind is released and the release of a monk whose mind is released."

   [៣៣៣] ត្រូវ​និយាយនឹង​ឧបាសក​នោះ យ៉ាង​នេះ​ថា ម្នាល​អាវុសោ ពួកតាវត្តិង្ស​ទេវតា ​រុង​រឿងជាង ឧត្ដម​ជាងពួក​ចាតុម្មហារាជិក​ទេវតា សូម​អ្នក​ដ៏មានអាយុ ​ដក​ចិត្ត​អំពី​ពួក​ចាតុម្ម​ហារាជិក​ទេវតា​ចេញ ហើយ​ដម្កល់​ចិត្ត​ ក្នុង​ពួក​តាវត្តិង្ស​ទេវតា​ចុះ។ បើ​ឧបាសក​នោះ​ និយាយ​យ៉ាងនេះ​ថា ចិត្តខ្ញុំបានដក​ផុត​ អំពីពួក​ចាតុម្មហារាជិក​ទេវតា​ហើយ ខ្ញុំបាន ដម្កល់​ចិត្ត ក្នុង​ពួក​តាវត្តិង្ស​ទេវតា​ហើយ។ ត្រូវ​និយាយនឹង​ឧបាសក​នោះ​ យ៉ាង​នេះ​ថា ម្នាល​អាវុសោ ពួកយាម​ទេវតា ​រុងរឿង​ជាង​ពួក​តាវត្តិង្ស​ទេវតា។ ពួក​តុសិត​ទេវតា។ ពួក​និម្មាន​រតីទេវតា។ ពួក​បរនិម្មិតវសវត្តីទេវតា។ ម្នាល​អាវុសោ ព្រហ្មលោក ​រុងរឿង​ជាង​ ឧត្ដមជាង ពួក​បរនិម្មិត​វសវត្តីទេវតា សូមអ្នក​ដ៏​មានអាយុ​ ដកចិត្ត​អំពីពួក​បរនិម្មិតវសវត្តី​ទេវតា​ចេញ​ ហើយ​ដម្កល់​ចិត្ត​ ក្នុង​ព្រហ្ម​លោក​វិញ។ បើ​ឧបាសក​​​​​​​នោះ​ និយាយ​យ៉ាងនេះ​ថា ចិត្តខ្ញុំបានដកចេញ អំពី​ពួក​បរនិម្មិត​វសវត្តី​ទេវតា​ហើយ បាន​ដម្កល់​ចិត្ត​ ក្នុង​ព្រហ្ម​លោក​ហើយ។

   [៣៣៤] ត្រូវ​និយាយនឹង​ឧបាសក​នោះ យ៉ាង​នេះ​ថា ម្នាល​អាវុសោ ទោះ​ជា​ព្រហ្ម​លោក ​ក៏​នៅ​តែមិន​ទៀង មិនខ្ជាប់​ខ្ជួន រាប់​បញ្ចូល​ជា​សក្កាយ សូមអ្នក​ដ៏​មាន​អាយុ ដក​ចិត្ត​អំពី​ព្រហ្ម​លោក​ចេញ ហើយ​ប្រ​មូលចិត្ត ទៅ​ក្នុង​ព្រះ​និព្វាន ​ជាទី​រំលត់​នូវ​សក្ដាយ​វិញ។​ បើ​ឧបាសក​នោះ​ និយាយ​យ៉ាងនេះ​ថា ចិត្ត​ខ្ញុំ​ដក​ផុត ​អំពី​ព្រហ្ម​លោក​ហើយ ចិត្ត​ខ្ញុំ​ក៏​បាន​ប្រមូល​ ទៅ​ក្នុង​ព្រះនិព្វាន ជាទី​រំលត់​សក្កាយ​ហើយ។ ម្នាលមហានាម ចិត្តដែលរួច​ស្រឡះ​​​​​ដោយ​អរហត្ត​ផល​ វិមុត្តិរបស់​ឧបាសក ដែល​មានចិត្ត​រួចស្រឡះ​ហើយ យ៉ាងនេះ តថាគត​​​មិន​ពោល​ថា មានការ​ធ្វើ​ផ្សេង​គ្នា ​អំពី​ភិក្ខុ​ដែល​មានចិត្ត​រួចស្រឡះ​ហើយ អស់ ​១០០ ​ឆ្នាំ នោះ​តែ​បន្តិច​សោះ​ឡើយ។
