Ehrenwerte Mitglieder der Ehrhabenen Sangha,
Ehrenwerte Gefährten am Pfad,
Werte Upasika, Upasika,
Liebe Buddhabodhisattas und Interessierte,

eine der Hauptmerkmale der Tradition im Bezug auf die drei-viermonatige Regenrückzugszeit ist das konsequente Umsetzten von gemeinsamen nützlichen "Ritualen" in einem geregelten Ablauf.

Zentral in allen Klostern ist dabei die Morgen- und Abend
Pūjā (Ehrerdarbietung) an die erhabenen drei Juwelen.

Meine Person, selbst sehr ignorant in diesen Bereichen (man hat ja soviel wichtigeres und nützlicheres zu tun - d.h. hängt an Riten und Ritualen), möchte diesen Vasa versuchen dieses konsequent durchzuziehen und mit kleinen Schritten beginnen.

Sie sind alle dazu eingeladen teilzunehmen, mitzuhelfen und sich gegenseitig zu motivieren, wenn Trübungen den einen oder anderen abhalten mögen.

Natürlich freut sich meine Person wie immer, sollte da der Fall sein, dass ein anderer Mönch und Ehrwürdiger, oder Nonne, hier Güte teilen möchte und unterstützend beitragen möchte.

Ablauf:

Morgen:

4:00 Namasakara, Morgenandacht: Zuflucht, kurze Rezitation zu Ehren der Juwelen im Vihara hier . Meine Person wird nach und nach die Rezitation erweitern.

4:15 Morgenmeditation: 30 min Ruhemeditation, meine Person wird versuchen dazu täglich einleitend ein paar Worte zu sprechen. Thema hierfür im Vihara: Morgenmeditation - Morning meditation Vassa 2561/2017

5:00-6:00 Persönliches Verdienstetun: Jeder mag eine Stunde dazu benutzen an einer Aufgabe hier, derer er/sie sich angenommen hat, zu widmen.

6:00 Teilen der Verdienste: Kurzes Teilen der eigenen Verdienste im Thema "Teilen der Verdienste Vassa 2561/2017 "

Frühstück/warmes Getränk und Vorbereiten für Erwerbsarbeit bzw. Almosengang für Klosterliche.

Danach entweder weiter im Alltag des Beruf- bzw. Hauslebens bzw. andere Dhammaarbeiten.

Abend:

19:30 Namasakara, Abendandacht: Zuflucht, kurze Rezitation zu Ehren der Juwelen im Vihara hier . Meine Person wird nach und nach die Rezitation erweitern, jedoch auch hier kurz halten.

20:00 Abendmeditation: 60 min Ruhemeditation, meine Person wird versuchen dazu täglich einleitend ein paar Worte zu sprechen. Thema hierfür im Vihara: Abendmeditation - Evening Meditation Vassa 2561/2017

Davor und danach, wenn man möchte Gespräche über die Meditation und Praxis im Thema oder anderen Bereichen.

Wenn gewünscht und/oder inspiriert, mag man gerne auf vor und wärend des Vassas online Zuflucht und Tugendregeln erbitten und nehmen.

Zeit und Umfang:

Richten Sie sich die Zeit nach ihrer Ortszeit ein und Verschieben der Uhrzeiten ist sicher kein Problem. Sie machen die Dinge für sich selbst und dennoch hier in der Gruppe.

Wählen Sie den Umfang wie es für sie möglich ist, nicht zu viel, nicht zu knausrig im Verdienste tun. Es besteht keinerlei Zwang.

Fragen:

Stellen Sie aufkommende Fragen jederzeit, und wo immer es für sie passend erscheint oder möglich ist.

Widmung und Segen:

Mögen alle aus der gegebenen, wenn auch einfachen Möglichkeit dieses Online-Vassas, nach Vermögen und [Maus gerade auf die Liege gesprungen, von darüberliegenden Felsen, da Schlange gerade aufgetaucht *pack*] Inspiration Nutzen nehmen und ziehen und damit eine gute Regenzeit mit viel Fortschritt verbringen.

Venerable members of the sublime sangha,

venerable companions on the path,
valued Upasika, Upasaka,
dear Buddhabodhisattas and interested people,

one of the marks of the tradition in regard to the three/four month rains retreat time is the consistent implementation of common useful "rituals" in a regular procedure.

Central in all monasteries in this regard are the morning and evening
pūjā (paying respects) to the sublime three jewels.

My person, himself ignorant in these matters (as one has always so much more important things to do - that is: one is attached to rites and rituals), wants to try during this vassa to go through with this consistently, and begin with small steps.

You all are invited to participate, help, motivate one another when defilements may keep one or the other back.

Of course, my person is delighted, should there be the case that another monk or venerable, or nun, want to share goodness and supportively participate here.

Procedure:

Morning:

4:00 Namasakara, morning devotion: Refuge, short recitation in honour of the three jewels in the vihara here . My person will step by step extend the recitation.

4:15 Morning meditation: 30 minutes tranquility meditation, my person will try to speak some introductory words for this everyday. Topic for this in the vihara: Morgenmeditation - Morning meditation Vassa 2561/2017

5:00-6:00 Personal doing merit: Everyone may use one hour to devote themselves to a task that they have taken on here.

6:00 Sharing of merits: Short sharing of own merits in the topic "Verdienste teilen - Sharing Merits Vassa 2561/2017 "

Breakfast/warm beverage and preparation for working/employment, respectively almsround for monastics.

After that, either continue in working/householder's life or further Dhamma works.

Evening:

Choose the extent to which it is possible for you, not too much, not too stingy in doing merits. There is no compulsion.

Ask upcoming question at any time, and whenever it seems fitting or possible for you.

Again, a latin proverb mit be useful: Quod licet Iovi, non licet bovi , patisota is always harmful if not just one own defilements or having a proper stand to help. Sota is the virtue required to resist in borderlands.

If in a borderland it's better to simply serve and support the Sangha. It's not smart to seek for other householders to nurish on traced imperfections of something required to uphold, wanderer gus.

Okasa, happy to hear such things reagarding kamma. Many monks I have met don't directly speak about kamma because they have been tired after practicing some years and now bit relaxed.

What ever one likes to, not touched like the moon, does not mean to praise what is blameworthy and vici-versa and to have metta not to let people run into hell if ways can be pointed out. Yet other choices at least are their. Be quick, your island drifts away!

If thinking that this is for sure, if delighting in believing that connected things are a refuge and give space to rest: one may do so. Ones own choice. When ever one stops to nurish inwardly, ouwardly path and fruits die. Good as well as bad.

No one is able to make my person angry, which does not mean that he would not appear angry so to possible prevent from doing what is not conductive for liberation, even lead in lower states. Nothing to worry, but also no invitation to test it foolish since it could hurt one self and others.
