Maybe somebody likes to take upon this good opportunity to help a Bhikkhu to Dhamma.
Dear community,
does anybody happen to know of a specific monastery in Thailand which has the tipitaka in English, preferebly the PTS publications? Especially I would like being able to find (for lent): Niddesa, Pathisambhidā Magga and the Netti. Thank you so much.
In mettaa from Pattaya
A. Bhikkhu
Please understand that people on internet are rarely generously and usually only gather to exchange feeding places and share even Dhamma in a way far from law not to speak about virture.
Since so used to simply walk out into the forest and take what ever they like most Monks are neither able to give up the "way of the villager" or fall into association with the "internet-buddhists" and slowly addopt the habits, supported by unwise commentaries in regard of Vinaya and "modern" times.
(Of course Ven., if somebody likes to invite, is also welcome here)
...there are scanned copies of these available online...
The copies around in the net are no option for me though due to their status ...
Sadhu!
