At times i've found myself in very challenging situations, for my own will or casually.
It can happen that those situations bring a change, a correction of views, a gain in wisdom, the discovery of some truths. When this process happen, at times i find myself restless, unwillingness to eat, less sleep, mind occupied with many toughts usually around a few topics for long times, deep toughts, seeking solitude and concentration by walking, unusual and sudden concentration-born feelings, like feeling weightless and free to move at ease, dispell sensations in the body which is felt really empty.
I don't have much control over this as body and mind improvements, and awareness and concentration, are quite unstable.
I can also feel tired for days when i'm investigating and not finding a good solution or the right view on a certain topic. In those cases i usually cut off contact if possible and start meditating more.
