I will check and try to add.
* Moritz: posting seems to work here...
I added information on setting up e-mail for Mozilla Thunderbird on PC, but not yet mobile phone. (I had made some screenshots and uploaded earlier, will try to write text tomorrow. - now battery empty)
I also changed the server setup a bit now, so that "mail.sangham.net" is also useable (just the same as "mail2.sangham.net"). This should also help some e-mail programs to detect correct working settings automatically.
Some general changes in the text also made, like:
Nobody has access to your email-account if not knowing the pass word. Even if an administrator would access, he would need it or change into a new one. No administrator of sangham.net has access to the email database.
The server administrator (currently Upasaka Moritz) could access the contents of all e-mails stored on the server, even without knowing passwords. But he would not do it without permission.
Also, changing password and adding forward-addresses (to automatically forward to another e-mail address) is possible to do by oneself through settings when loggin in at mail.sangham.net. I will try to add descriptions soon.
