May the Venerable Sangha of the eight direction listen to me,
the group around Wat Akyums lay supporter, taking care of needed at the Ashram Thmo Duk, with acceptance and approve of Ven.
Indaññāno Mahathera, and Upasika
Cheav Villa and her family, has given the undertaking of organization of a 3000l water tank, an 1HP water pump and pipe for the use of the Sangha at Ashram Thmo Duk.
May person had received and approved the joyfull delivered message from Upasaka
Chanroth , who had already organized the ownership of the material, wishing to transport it the next days from the province capital to the Ashram, for the Sangha of the eight directions, to be used at Ashram Thmo Duk.
May the Venerables accept the gift out of compassion for the doners and always make use of it, in proper ways for their needs.
Kāle dadanti sapaññā
Vadaññū vīta-maccharā
Kālena dinnaṃ ariyesu
Uju-bhūtesu tādisu
Vippasanna-manā tassa
Vipulā hoti dakkhiṇā
Ye tattha anumodanti
Veyyāvaccaṃ karonti vā
Na tena dakkhiṇā onā
Tepi puññassa bhāgino
Tasmā dade appaṭivāna-citto
Yattha dinnaṃ mahapphalaṃ
Puññāni para-lokasmiṃ
Patiṭṭhā honti pāṇinanti.
Those with discernment,
responsive, free from stinginess,
give in the proper season.
Having given in the proper season
With hearts inspired by the Noble Ones
— straightened, Such —
Their offering bears an abundance.
Those who rejoice in that gift,
or give assistance,
They too have a share of the merit,
and the offering is not depleted by that.
Therefore, with an unhesitant mind,
one should give where the gift bears great fruit.
Merit is what establishes
living beings in the next life.
May all beings rejoice with the merits done here, and may the Devas inform those who have been not touched by it yet.
