Looking at the origin of the app Nyom suggested:
This is the first digital Samdech Porthinhean Chuon Nath’s Khmer-Khmer Dictionary to have exact content from the Fifth Edition published in 1967. This work is under the initiative of H.E. Dr. Aun Pornmoniroth, Senior Minister of Economy and Finance with technical and financial supports from the Royal University of Phnom Penh(RUPP) and Electricite Du Cambodge (EDC).
It's hard to ever trace the idea that such is joyful and without strings given to it's heir or to trace even certain respect and gratitude. It's to doubt that such would be ever given back to the Sangha without strings, maintaining an object of respect for many.
But the story has of course his origin by the Sangha and monks themselves, sacrificing at improper times and being engaged in worldly social work and improper livelihood.
On the other, more wordly side, it's praisworthy that the leader of a country develope an app for knowledge which is of cource a generous act (yet missing possible to transport it's origin).
Of course this app and origin is by far a better approach as the many app-for-money appearances of Chou Nat dic.
But one could ask or inform Upasika (?) Marry Kong (email is found at the google play page), who might be not aware or just forgot to express, yet having skilful thoughts at the same time, but simply not informed that monks are actually not part of common sociaty, but that of the Noble ones, of the Buddha.
Maybe it has been given to the Sangha and not so known and maybe the text data as a whole would be possible to use.
...wait... Upasika Kong is not Nyoms boss, is she? Sorry, he
