Technical support for earthquake damaged monastery in Indonesia

As informed by Bhante Yocakkhuma there as a Sangha seeking for technical advice in regard of rebuilding a earthquake damaged monastery in Indonesia.

As told, it's not so much a need in regard of material things.

Bante, used to common communitation means, may be reached also via them (contacts deposited in his Kuti here ).

If it is possible to get information on current situation (pictures, map, ...) and what the Sangha wishes to rebild, my person could assist in technical advices.

Since not using vehicles it might be not so near to arrive there in esired frame of time personal.

But some days ago a young successful ASEAN infolved building engineer visited my person and as he was looking for ways to do useful, he might have possibilities to get more involved on side as well. Nyom Chanroth may have contact to him.

It's also possible to let former, still active, engineer colleges know about the issue, if it might be of use.

And if such is well for Bhante, speaking in messaging from the Sangha there, it may be possible to go on further.

May Bhante not hesitate, being invited, to let as much be known and to raise what ever issue, out of compassion for those having joy in merits toward the Sangha and the Gems.

Oh that sounds good,.a engineer! That's what's needed as they have money from the government just not alot of technical skill as the are is earthquake prone, they are building as we speak and and seem someway to consult an engineer, any assistance would be helpful in this area..

In that case, the devoted Upasaka , ASEAN-engineer, might be good to be addressed.

Maybe Nyom Cheav Villa , if not burdensome, can reach out to Nyom Chanroth  who might be able to share the Upasakas contact, so that the engineers might get in contact via Bhante.

The phone number of the ASEAN-engineer? Not sure if proper to approach direct. Maybe there is possibility that he could join here.

Maybe Bhante Yocakkhuma can share a contact of a layperson, taking care on the issue, who speaks english, so that both could meet together, doing as they might think being good to undertake for their longterm benefits

On almsround Upasaka Chanroth approached my person about this case. He also told that he had spoken and informed Upasaka "Engineer" who, as he told, would have intention to assist and help to organize as soon as he has some time and approach here for directer contact.

It would be good, Bhante Yocakkhuma if he could prepare as much as possible now in advanced, so not to burden in regard of informations, and valued time of busy. Good to knowthings like exact adress, involved, contacts, maps of existing, stories on the case, objected kind of building, picture documentation of the situation... the better and more comprehensive the informations are, the lesser useless sacrifices and waste and best space for directing the mind toward great benefits, toward the Sublime Gems.

My person will of course assist here a little, as Bhante might not so used to prepare things well so that others could take on it in their sphere of profession.

Not sure whether Bhante Yocakkhuma has currently possibility and connection. Nevertheless my person thinks it's good to ask whether Bhante could already collect some info and whether the topic has still certain relevance? It would be good if Bhante let it be known if what ever had changed in regard of objectives, relevance, needs or desires

As act-ually read by Bhante Yocakkhuma (Dhamma, Dharma... not even clear of right name)  and no replay on details yet from Bhantes side, and to inform: My person was informed that Upasaka Chanroth actually met Upasaka Engineer personally some days ago, speaking on the issue althought busy in hospital, mothers serious illness, who is delighted to possible assists and up to go after it soon, saying it should be no problem to get one on stage.

It wouldn't be of good reputation for the Ven. Ones if "letting run" in for themselves look like as not seriously taking care of anything. If it was just a to quick expressed issue, may Bhante let it be known so that there would be no damage.
