So it is somehow letting go of gross food, when seeing unhealthy, harming, and to seek after refined. Letting go has
dukkha and
pasāda as conitioners. Desire after old, known, lets one let go as well, but keeps one turning around. Gross entertaining, to refined, taking care to abound the gross first, not the refined, and observe always the pattern which causes search, letting go, become and die: right "intercourse"
Sozialisieren - សង្គម [Sangama] till having learned to satisfy most harmless to over come desire for satisfaction totally.
It can be traced well in the
Methuna Sutta: The Discourse on Coupling
(The seven bonds of sexuality) , the steps of overcoming the desire of sensuality and becoming. A patter first to overcome in the form dominant sphere and the, in same way, in the refined mind sphere of "sex" as well.
Gati used to overcome gati, without falling into tends to
āgati.
Pride, conceit,
māna used to overcome conceit, without falling into giving toward bad kinds of conceit.

Also here is therefore safety before joy and effects a greater joy as an expected which would require to let go of safety (Sila) first.
Yet it is not so that the desire after harmless joy should be abounded before total freed from desire is abound by the effect of the right path and the first right path is to leave the house (senses) to work then on leaving refined homes. If working on abounding refined homes before leaving the house in the gross world means to nurish "vipassana-kilesa" and n effect easy a falling downwardly unseen.
