Nyom kuna had a very long sick more than a month. Kidneys stone, gout and then fever.. Nyom kuna found that all the sickness because I myself enjoy too much food, achohol and overload of working...

Now Nyom kuna feel a bit better and planning to visit Oral someday.

What does it mean, no-return? The abounding of even slight kama-chanda, kāmaraga. No more sensual desire at all, there is no more reason for even short comeback, no more reason to even perform the sightest form of transgression in regard of the worlds foods.

What about Nyom Dhammavaro or you, or Guest? Time for anāgāmī?
