Maybe Bhante Muni is able to find the producer of the original and ask for the use so that work would be not double made.

An alternative, way possible best way in regard of quicker gains, of course not that beneficial as one who sacrifices work by pieces and learns a lot, would be to try to find out who made this PDF since based on a textfile and possible ask for the text-file for editing and implementation on ati.eu.

Atma split the PDF into 4 pieces. Being not that large the OCR tool http://rnd.niptict.edu.kh/ocr/index.php# could be used.

One could then select one page after the other, correct the faults (certain feets and vocals are not matched right), and then, one by one, save it as odt-file (libre-office) where further renderings can be made (like space corrections... spelling).

Having a consistent file then, it's relatively fast to bring the words into ati dictionary.
