A short intro about me.
My name is Nanadhaja bhikkhu, a buddhist monk in the Theravada tradition.
Originally from New Zealand, I took higher ordination in Malaysia in 2009.
Since then I have spent time in Thailand, Sri Lanka, and am now back in New Zealand for a while before heading back to Asia.
I practice and teach meditation to anyone who asks and hope that in some small way I can be of benefit to others.
