1. I shall work in a way that the faith and respect toward the Tripple Gems constantly develope in me. I determine that it will be the Noble Foundation for my development and protection in the Buddha's dispensation.

2. I determine to be mindful in every occasion, in every work.

3. I determine that I will be constantly mindfully so that I don't get even the idea of transgressing any of the Vinaya rules.

4. I determine to protect well the three doors: body, word and mind.

5. I determine not to have even secretly any indecent behaviour regarding body, word and mind.

6. I determine to develope the Noble austere practices and persuade others to engage in them.

7. I determine to associate only with well behaving monks and determine not to express to others in public or privatly, witout invitation, the programm I follow.

8. I determine to not being in hurry to build up monasteries, gather devotees or to have lay or ordained pupils.

9. I determine that I will not look into the faults and shortcomings of others and make comments so that defilements flow into my mind.

10. I am happy to help others with my knowledge and things I have, but I determine not to show my capabilities in front of them.

11. I determine to be especially careful in accepting gifts given by others.

12. I determine to keep my body and mind in the midst of the rare and Noble qualities of the Buddhas dispensation.

14. I determine not to have any anger, hatred or aversion regarding bad people close to me or in the surroundings, and utter a harsh word or do any action.

15. I determine not to expose to others any good quality which I have or don't have.

16. I determine to develop the qualities of simplicity, self satisfaction, easy supportable qualities, tranquility, not having close association with others and perseverance and develope the ten kinds of noble talk.

17. I determine not to have any frivolous body actions, words or thoughts.

18. I determine to engage in good qualities that develope my mind and not to look into bad qualities of others that pollute my mind.

19. I determine that qualities of compassion and loving kindness constantly develope in me and that I shall be happy about it.

20. I determine that may my mind be bent to higher qualities and on respecting Noble Persons who have this qualities, to associate with them and follow their example.

* Johann the audio stops at the beginning of 19., just to let it be known. Knowing now is audio to the pictures text, does not lack of the essence in the gift, It seems to be received as thought wiahing to give.

* Johann moving into Sangha-dana area and proper preperation might need it's time and depends on given possibilities.

Just to be sure, is it objected for the Sangha only, incl. Novices, possible their following? (Just to adjust the accessibility), Nyom gus .

I just found a list of determinations recommended by Matara Gnanarama Mahathero. I would like to offer it to the Sangha thinking that they are valuable to the Sangha.

(The written document has been decorated too much by someone, and less reader-friendly.)
