Nyom Danilo  ,

When knowing "fatherhood" one knows that childs are not and never left out of disregard of their possibilities, out of dislike, or out of greed.

Take Nyom Chris , he is outstanding in the sacrifice for "his" community, serves like a mother. Or take Lanka, the other moderator. He is wise, would know what is proper, but very pride and corrupted by a certain teacher, he is for now not able to fall for the right. Take Andrei, the third, nobody suffers more, has more pain like him and he still believes that he got the right teachings, yet also still not capable to venerate that what is worthy.

That's what my person asked himself often and it's good to ask oneself that, again and again "is it worthy to sacrify, is there a duty?". Sometimes to be sure not to fall for greed (becoming) and not to fall for aversion (not-becoming) and then not to fall for ignorance (not aware of what is going on). Than, if clear duties are done, no more worthy to reach at certain time, no conditions for a benefit are present, a father has to give leave, let sons, even it will cause them lot of struggle and pain, walk alone according of what they are still bound to, sometimes it their mother, that what has nurish their sense, their growing, their pleasure, children may feel improper gratitude to.

Don't think that the wise would sacrifice moral, goodness, generosity, concentration and wisdom for something to hold on. Beings are heir of their deeds and it's a matter of their merits, that they might have the liberality to follow into the unknown.

Upasaka Ryan asked once on BSE (btw., it reminds on the sickness coming from feeding of/off the own kind, when people use that what they keep to nurish what they keep) : How to address wrong view? .

Like him there have been since people capable to see, capable to escape the "lay-priest", the "Brahmans" and all those using the gains for their hecoming and livelihood.

Those capable find their ways and there is no reason to walk on compromises for the sake of those having not done their home-tasks.

There is no good if steping down, even able and no more touchable, because many would understand wrong, imitate while not really in a real liberal position and others would possible think that one agrees and associated with opponents of the juwels.

People who know my person know that many things are simply samples to see more clearly and they also know that it would be not good to imitate all but that there are lessons to learn of what is good and what not.

No more seeing anybody having or seeking for refuge there, not having seen any tendency to change the root direction, not able to trace any basic right view their and not willing or intend to "steal" slaves from their masters, my person has stopped to approach having left ways for a different behind.

Like here, where he dwells, there are in the sphere of being willing to let go, very less. Once a month, two month, three month, some with Upanissaya may come up. Since it is hard to sacrify time, usuall ways and go into the forest, such person is open to receive, there where even a king whould have to walk the last part, that is the place where Dhamma can be received.

One who has done so, even only for one time knows what the talk is about, others would not understand.

Althought their might be those who criticize a leave, it's not a matter or pride or a matter of having not got possible expected rewards, but simply a matter of "does not lead to a better". That's where it is good to give leave with metta and certain sympathy joy with the merits and joy of others.

It's not possible to "help" those with no upanissaya or still bound to other. If one starts to walk, some may follow, others are not harmed at least.

Just now, coming back from almsround, an old grandfather approched Atma: "Venerable grandfather! You are going now back, don't you?" Stopping, short waiting, replayed: "Nyom! Not back, further. Once one has left home under the Tripple Gems, he is no more intended to go back. Not back, forward, Nyom. Having really left home under the Buddha, Dhamma, Sangha, they do not go back, do not return." Joyful he let go.

Some return then again, some only for another seven times in blessed existence, some only one more time, some no more, some, trough the lack of entertaining gain release here and now.

Mudita.

One is given and welcome to share everything either out of compassion or having still duties in regard of uphoold relations but it's not suggested to use it for trade and exchange. How ever it may promote ones or others release and cause right gained joy. My person walks very often on the edge to make the proper times (object) of giving understood and how to not become a slave of ones attachments, holding on, which has no benefit for anybody. At least it's hurtful for a prisoner to get told about outside when merely not really able to escape. Beings have to work out their liberality by them selves and that is why it's only fruitful if Respect, Confidence and Patient are present. As for one seeking joy in generosity he might learn soon that's not so easy to find occasion to do. Seek always after those in front first and fullfil the duties on the track toward those left, right and behind to have a pleasant walk all the time, in proper amount, no need to sacrify the gain of release since there is no higher object be found then this to justify it.

Then, why Ven. Johann yet still posting questions and answers in Buddhism.SE? What it means "walk in the edge"? What is the criteria to delineate the edge?   :-|

Down to earth - [Ganz bodenständig] manussaloko / Plünderung - Plunder
« Last post by Johann on Today at 01:32:45 AM »

Quote from: Ajahn Chah
(Unser) wahres Zuhause

Our/Your Library - [Unsere/Ihre Bibliokthek] / sangham-CSCD edition Khmer
« Last post by Johann on February 20, 2018, 10:53:23 AM »
My person has started to edit and add again, see Tipitaka project - Tipitaka Projekt .

CSCD Tipitaka khmer against Chun Nat prove reading

This topic is dedicated for coordination and solving of issues specific in regard of the Khmer edition.

Generally my person sees it as a matter of respect of tradition of the sublime Khmer Sangha and the edlers of the community to follow the traditional standard like being assumed to be given in the print edition (it might be good to prove, if possible, if the kind of the printedition follows older standards or new implimentation, of cource). Since all files are subject of it, the correction, replacement, is good done after complete upload of the whole gift, in a global manner via the database it self. For now here is a list of issues which have been found:

ព្ព (bb) is traditional written as ព្វ (bv)

រូបម្បិ - រូបំបិ (rūp)aṃpi or (rūpa)mpi or (rūpa)ngpi

  • Headers/Titles of Vaggas are often placed at the end of the previous files, not at the beginning.
  • Addition of reference infos

  • sangham-code info and anchor, according to the transcription project, should have been incl. already

    Sample code (after p-opening-tag):
    Code: [Select]
    <a class="sgmid" id="sut.an.01.v01">sut.an.01.v01</a>

  • adding book&page info and anchor:

    Sample code (after p-opening-tag):
    Code: [Select]
    <a class="bookref" id="b040p001">{ភ. ១}</a>

  • adding paragrap info & anchor according the book-edition (after cscd paragraph or at the begining of a paragraph-less "bodytext" content)

Sample code:
Code: [Select]
<span class="dot">.</span> <a class="pkm" id="pkm1">[១]</a>

  • CSS-styling: http://sangham.net/tipitaka-khmr_sangham.css

    Feedback and improvement welcome

As told, my person has started anew the undertaking to implement the Sangha-gift in the given enviroment, starting in testing with AN01 khmer http://sangham.net/index.php/page,sut.an.01.v01_pikm.html

Step 1. General transformation and html creating

  • Renaming the files according into the standard system started in the Khmer-transcription undertaking . Names should be redundant with the indexes and the index-xls-files and if needed edited equal.

    {1}.{2}.{3}.{4}_{lang|script}_{author}.html

    1: Pitaka
    2: Nikaya
    3: Vagga (optional)
    4: sutta
    5: sutta-sub (optional)
    lang: pi (Pali), en (Englih), km (Khmer)...
    script: km (for Khmer) la (for Latin) (optional)
    author: if more than the original one by code similar to ZzE

    Sample: sut.an.01.v01_pikm.html

  • Converting the xml-tags into html
Code: [Select]
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-16"?>
<?xml-stylesheet type="text/xsl" href="tipitaka-khmr.xsl"?>
<TEI.2>
<teiHeader></teiHeader>
<text>
<front></front>
<body>

replaced with (css link according script):

Code: [Select]
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="http://sangham.net/tipitaka-khmr_sangham.css" />

rend=" replaced with class="

bodytext" n=" replaced with bodytext" id="para

<hi replaced with <span

/hi> replaced with /span>

pb ed=" replaced with a id="

pb ed=" replaced with a id="

"/> replaced with ></a>

" n=" replace with nothing (to combine the code)

chapter" with chapter" id="" name="" text="Anchor="

subhead" with subhead" id="" name="" text="Anchor="

  • adding Anchor id's according and redundant to Standard found in Khmer-Transc (like file name)

Sample: <p class="chapter" id="s001-010" name="s001-010" text="Anchor=s001-010">

  • replacing footer with "Source-info" according the language.
Code: [Select]
</body>
<back></back>
</text>
</TEI.2>

With (for the khmer files, note no prove read & spelling correction done yet, see ឯកសារយោង Translation or prove read of source text sangham-Cscd khmer )

Code: [Select]
<p class="source"><b>Source :<b> CSCD - Chaṭṭhasanghayāna, Sanghadāna originated from the goodness of Upāsaka Goenka and Vipassana Research Institute, 02 May 2013 ( http://www.tipitaka.org/khmr/cscd/s0401m.mul0.xml ) stored and maintained by sangham.net for the sublime Sangha of the eight directions. Last edit : 2018-02-20 It is not for any commercal use, not given to be shared on commercial places and not for any purpose to gain wordily rewards, even suggesting Dāna. <a href="http://sangham.net/index.php/page,sut.an.01.v01_pikm.html">sut.an.01.v01_pikm</a></p>

  • adding sutta-code (redundant to standard) and anchor after the specific p-opening tag. Sample:
<p class="chapter" id="s001-010" name="s001-010" text="Anchor=s001-010"><a class="sgmid" id="sut.an.01.v01">sut.an.01.v01[/url] ១.

  • creating the article

- Titel like source book (file)

- Query title like new file-name without .html Sample: sut.an.01.v01_pikm

- category: booktitle in la and lang script, if not existing to be created. Sample:

- other settings like in sample

- pre-view text incl. Nikaya, book, chapter

  • if finished and uploaded, file can be further edited under certain "project" Adding anchors and infos such as book-page and paragraph no. of other sources (here book-edition)

Note: This is a file by file, command by command edit specification and good if done book by book minimum. For further progress for next stages, files might be good also uploaded or exchanged as files for more global editions.

Suggestions and alternatives are always a possibility for merits and of course not restricted or excluded.

1. Edition of Vol 40 has been replaced. See "Strange appearing after copy & paste for detail.

Zip of the whole selection is replaced with a 20.02.2018 Version as well and usuall.
