People may wonder why it actually is impossible to create perfect intelligent things, but the answer is actually easy. Once a system would work perfectly considering, it would shot down itself, it's being, and chose release. So what ever system else would just work when it has defilement, difficult to 1. implement (working with laws) and if 2. it can only act for harm of this or that, or itself.
Therefore it's plenty waste of time to invest into what could never be a real refuge, depending on nurishment, others to use.
