Its obivious that there are nearly no Dhamma Dana dictionaries avaliabe for Bhikkhus and people keeping high moral. They are simply not given to them and if asking those who actually build up their business on former heritage of the Sangha, thinking they might be happy if you take in trust, you will see that it is not so.
Here just a sample request in regard of the Khmer dictionary made by the Sangharaja Choun Nat as a gift of Dhamma:
Valued Team, Upasaka, Upasika,
Owner and Management in charge,
pardon first for this not personal invited approach and Atma (my persons) unusual request.
Althoughtthe usual is different, Atma would ask if it is proper and wished by you, that the Sangha for the four direction would make use of your development of Khmer-English dictionary.
Further, if such would be joyful for you, and since it is not really possible to get or hold such as a google account or make indirect contacts with third part provider of supply, Atma would kindly ask to make it share able with the Sangha for Bhikkhus, Samaneras and lay man assistence, if all of that would be in you sphere of joy and interests.
If so possible, would it be possible to get a allowed copy to share of such a dictionary, of course only for use of Dhamma translations and generous Dhamma Dana, without any business involved.

At the same time my person likes to declear, that even such a request is maybe already outside of the allowance of the Buddha for his disciples, but since many believe that such "just download" would be in the sphere of taking in trust (one needs to know the giver ipersonal, he must have told once like "when ever you need any of my belongings, feel free to take, and he must be still alive) and since it is also pound on certain contracts when given to everyone and not really given to the Sangha, Atma would like to get sure and erase all doupts for everyone welfare and interests or ways.
Pardon again for this unusual approach an please do not feel burdened or forced in any way.

It's possible that their will be no answer on this.
Once again Atma likes to encourage the development of a dictionary database within the given possibilities here on sangham.net and the many datas we already have been given.
Serial hints and suggestions have been given already within the topics but if not finding and looking for them, let it be known.

It might be possible to ask developers for the datas as text, but althought they often took it (even without allowance, which of cause could not be given for commercial purpose) from monks, the Sangha, they would not happily give it for th Sangha.
(Text could then, with effort, put into given possibilities.)
That's how it all flows away and will cause that such as Sangha fastly will disappear. Secularization. Economy that is no more that of generosity and gratitude but simply driven by desire for gain or for the worlds running faster.
It is (was) tradition in Cambodia, still some olders do, that when ever gaining a Dhamma book, they would look after giving it soon (back) to a monastery, to the heirs, something that runs today already total in the other direction. Yet it is not possible to gain anything from it, not being in a borderland (http://forum.sangham.net/index.php/topic,8884.msg16105.html#msg16105) (householder state) aside of intellectual possessions, making the gain of path and fruits even more difficult.
