In the morning Atma decided not to go on alms, causing little stress since Nyom, Nyom hadn't thought on such, worring a little on how to organize food. Short after they could manage that some rice and noodles to cook had been brought up, two older couples from Udong arrived at the Ashram, gave Alms and Venerated the Gems. After listening some Dhamma, they all take their meal, walked up then and before leaving, Atma gave them the possibility to help sharing gifts by visiting Wat Srey Buas of what they joyfully took on.

Having taken/received as much as comfortable to carry to share further, they then left the Ashram to meet the monks about 15km south-west.

From Dana and papanca, talks on Dhamma, soon to Sila and concentration came by "itself" and still lasts.

8,9h and the sun still doesn't penetrate through the smok over the lands. The dog has found a perfect place for a day's rest, rest, after food.
Upasika sort things and bag medicals. Joyful they also assist to share a lot of things in other monasteries and will carry them along when leaving again in the afternoon.
