Chaṭṭha Saṅgāyana CD published by the Vipassana Research Institute. Here you may find an upload file including the whole Pali Tipitaka in various scripts. It is mainly meant for serious work here, so that you would not cause to use resources of others.

The older VRI Roman site (http://www.tipitaka.org/vriroman/booklistframe2) is still available. To use the VRI Roman site you will need to install the VRI Roman Pali fonts (http://www.tipitaka.org/vriroman-fonts). Alternatively you may download an image of the CSCD3 disc (http://www.tipitaka.org/cscd3.iso.zip) (208 MB) and burn your own copy of CSCD3.
