True praise- is the praise of the qualities of the Buddha.
True building- is the building up of one's own mind.
True giving- is the giving of alms and merits.
True winning- is the winning of the (fear of) the next world.

Avannaraha Sutta:
"One possessing four qualities is deposited in hell as if brought there. What four? (1) Without investigating and scrutinizing, one speaks praise of one [better: what !] who [/that] deserves dispraise. (2) Without investigating and scrutinizing, one speaks dispraise of one who deserves praise. (3) Without investigating and scrutinizing, one believes a matter that merits suspicion. (4) Without investigating and scrutinizing, one is suspicious about a matter that merits belief. Possessing these four qualities one is deposited in hell as if brought there.
"One possessing four [other] qualities is deposited in heaven as if brought there. What four? (1) Having investigated and scrutinized, one speaks dispraise of one who deserves dispraise. (2) Having investigated and scrutinized, one speaks praise of one who deserves praise. (3) Having investigated and scrutinized, one is suspicious about a matter that merits suspicion. (4) Having investigated and scrutinized, one believes a matter that merits belief. Possessing these four qualities one is deposited in heaven as if brought there."
True praise-
is to put real Buddha-goodness received into action
True building-
is to secure ones connection/path to liberation.
True giving-
is to abound all of what is not ones own, a burden, and uphold what is true.
True winning-
is having done the task, nothing further for (any) world. Released.

True winning-This is same as the verse and no any difference.
is having done the task, nothing further for (any) world. Released.
/me : "okay" toward an object of respect is very impolite, is the speech of the lanes, gangs and fish-marked, homies and uninstructed childs: total ignorant, just to inform.
One who really praises and respects does what is proper to do. A child in a school may bow down, say yes, beg for pardon... 1.000 times, but will not learn anything, even the corrupt teacher, happy about being given favor, let it join the next higher level.

“If a monk or a nun, a devout man or a devout woman, lives in accordance with the Dhamma, is correct in his life, walks in conformity with the Dhamma — it is he who rightly honors, reverences, venerates, holds sacred and reveres the Perfect One (tathagata) with the worthiest homage.”
