Title: Single moment of Loving-kindness

Okasa all venerables/upasakas,

This is because I couldn't do any big physical punna kamma today.

It has been mentioned that single moment of Metta gives more wholesome kamma than hundred samghika danas (offerings to sangha).

So I did metta single moment. (actually couple of moments)

Now I give the merit accumulated to you all.

This bunch of merit being send is lager than 100 sanghika danas.

Please be Anumodana !
