When ever forest mice dwell in the cave, under the Buddha-images, the Vampires would come at night, nourishing on the blood of the mice. And they are really noisy, especially when they socialize or fighting each other. At day-time they normally don't dwell here.

This one had stayed now, no fear ouwardly, tired, old, exhausted, just looking shortly and then hiding his face again behind his wings.

Truly a life of devastation, once having fallen into animal realms and aminal awareness, incapable of doing real merits.

"Breaking" the (duthong) precept of not accepting food in ones dwelling:

Possible for the first time. There is a younger man, from merely poor family who's house is beyond the south monastery. He used to ordain some month and lived on alms and dwelling in the forest this time. He has most high regard and devotion, but also huge empathy in regard of my person. In the time he used to live as monks, it happened often to him, that he was not at all provided with food, often starved. Now it seems that he is always strong reminded on this times and when ever he gets sign of Atma that he is out of alms, he would do every effort to organize almsfood, stoping what ever he might do.
Normally my person would cross his living area every 2, 4 days, or once a week.

So it happened this morning, that he, for the first time, visited the place he knew from his times as monk, and stood at about 7 in the cave, bowed down and asked of why my person did not come accross such a long time and that he was scared.

Wishing to give food, the young man, in his poor and dirty clothes, asked to receive it, and having explained, my person made an exception, knowing that he is not really someone after simply trying to make merits for gain.

As always he fastly rushed away, after having a hard to but the food without bags mixed into the alms bowl, fearing to get an Anumodana, praise or even a blessing for his deeds.

He has certain a strong believe of "carry out all karma", a very common believe that all is a matter of old Kamma and in this way often seek for either punish themselves or simply fall into non-activity, taking all as it comes along.

May he one time be that open to be able to listening to the good Dhamma.

Devoted lay people have given tool to cut tiles and a currency transformer. Althought "only" a 60W panel and a two years old normal 70A Battery, it seems to work to make use of it.

Sadhu!

Also the old Sangha-laptop could be activeted, but only one time... now it does not like to work anymore. It might be because the laptops akku is already total broken within the 10/12 years old device.

Sometimes, people informed, would give allowed forest fruits, Samau.

Btw, a nice share of other merits: My person was wondering who's canister these are and of what's their item. How ever, my person didn't touch it.
Days later, thought of it, Atma asked Chanroth of whoms canister these are and what they are about. "De Gun, the lay people, who had visited, brought them. It's fresh water thought that De Gun may take a shower with more fresh water."
Perfect amount for a fourteen days washing session. Sadhu!

Just came accross some older pictures, after the first Vassa here, 2016 . Nyom Sophorn and Nyom Lay, together with Nyom Chanroth, spended the Anapanasati Time, the time of "The Punn dedicated for the Rabbit", when the most celebrate the Waterfestival in the country in Nature. Where Nyom Chanroth is sitting, is now the Kuti under the ship rock. The place on the flour is the only dry.

It was "just" the watertank, which my person could do and finish, with the support with some cement by the Abbot of the south monastery, that a spending in the dry season 3-4 months was possible with the last rains gift and about 700l aside of the huge generosity of so many that a body says maintained.
