Ven. Members of the Sublime Sangha,
Ven. Fellows in front,
my person takes leave to point out a "fictitious" account by the tripple Gems. May the Ven. Sirs, out of compassion, correct possible missinterpretation of the Tripple Gems, headed by the Buddha, or fill holes that it would be not easy to take it wrong.

On one occasions a certain Sangha of a certain monastery, all former members of other religion, thought: "Our former people, people of our former view, are devoted and praise sacrifices downwardly, dispraise devotion and sacrifices upwardly. How could we do them a favor so that we support ourselves and to server their desire. What if we start to look after their children and feed them, so that they will be of benefit for their interests?"
So they started to give children of members of other believes the going forth, took care about them, educated them in various kinds of wordily arts and what ever wouldbe of benefit when returning to the lower life.
Doing so, they spread their undertakings to advertise and touch affections under them.
At the same time they still held to No-Dhamma-Agreements they made, not to give ordination to people older then 50 years and to demand long service in the monastery before giving the Goingforth.
The people heard about this and it spreaded around: "This Sakyan-Sons give children of members of other believes the Goingforth, take care about them, educate them in various kinds of wordly arts and what ever would be of benefit when returning to the lower life.
Doing so, they spread their undertakings to advertise and touch affections under them.
At the same time they still hold to No-Dhamma-Agreements they made, not to give ordination to people older then 50 years and to demand long service in the monastery before giving the Goingforth.
How can the Sakyan-Sons use the gifts given by the country use to look after the children of certain wealth supporters? It's just like the cowboys looking after the cattle of the rich."
The Bhikkhus who where modest said: "This Sakyan-Sons give children of members of other believes... It's just like the cowboys looking after the cattle of the rich."
The issue reached the Bhavagata and he called after this monks. After they arrived he asked them: "Bhikkhus, is it true that you Sons give children of members of other believes... Just like the cowboys looking after the cattle of the rich?"
"Yes, Sir."
The Bhagavata: "Worthless people, who can you give children of members of other believes... Just like the cowboys looking after the cattle of the rich?
Haven't I told in many ways of the dangers of falling into improper livelihood by doing certain people or groups a favor? Didn't I say that a Non-Dhamma-agreement should not be made?
This is neither to raise faith in those without faith, nor to maintain and increase faith in those ...."
"Bhikkhus, the going forth should be not given to make parents and followers of other believes a favor: Who ever gives the going forth to ...: it requires the meeting of the Sangha."
"Bhikkhus, Samaneras, householder, who ever not a member of the Sangha, the more a member of it, should not be taught in lower arts and to support their skills intended to give them means for future lower life even with thought: "Oh may my sacrifices support his future wordly life". Who ever should teach them in lower arts... a grave offence."
"If a certain Bhikkhu, after being rebuked three time: "Do not teach...", if he turns his ways, good. If not, it requires the meeting of the Sangha."
"Bhikkhus, a restriction in regard of age as a factor for giving going forth has been not declared by me. Supposed the is a young boy and an older man, both without a refuge aside the Tripple Gems and without being bound to supporters outside. What do you think: Is it easier to care about a person at the age of full strengh or a child not even had seen looked after cows? Not asked to get anybodies approve of what has been declared as Vinaya and Dhamma by me."
"A testing time for the goingforth has not been given by me. If such agreement, No-Dhamma agreements are made, this Bhikkhus has to be handled by the given rules."
After having been made this declaration the Bhagavata told the Bhikkhus about the danger of pc4 easy incl. in all this issues by using means of "true monks" and arts of Noble Ones for making a living, if not attained and the danger of becoming by declarations what has been not attained easy the biggest thief in this world.
So was it seen and in relation of this was it drawn out.
May this Dhamma sacrifice, giving out of compassion, be of benefit for the Gems and support the long lasting of the Sangha of Savakas of the Buddha in this world.
May it give initial cause to clear up things and straight them out so that a purified walk on for highest attainings, for the welfare of the individuals and many may obtained immediately and without delay.
